Dumpster Rental in Evergreen Park, Illinois
A compact village of barely three square miles, built out almost entirely in one post-war push, which makes it unusually uniform.

Evergreen Park is barely three square miles and it went up almost entirely in a single post-war push. That makes it the most predictable town in our footprint. Lot widths barely vary, setbacks are consistent, drives are the same length street after street, and the houses were built to a handful of patterns.
The practical upshot is that sizing here is easier than anywhere else we deliver. If a neighbour three doors down has just had a kitchen done, the container that suited their house will almost certainly suit yours. It is worth asking.
Everything ages on the same schedule
The flip side of a village built in one go is that it wears out in one go. Original kitchens, original baths, original roofs and original windows across Evergreen Park are all arriving at the end of a normal life within a few years of each other, which is why the same four jobs come round again and again.
Steel kitchen cabinets and cast-iron sinks are the weight in a kitchen job. Coloured bathroom tile set in mortar is the weight in a bathroom. Neither room is large, and both produce denser debris than their size suggests — a ten or fifteen yard is usually right, and a twenty is usually more box than the job needs.
Roofs here are mostly asphalt on their second or third covering. If nobody has ever torn off down to the deck, assume there is more up there than one layer.
Standard drives, standard answers
Placement is rarely a puzzle. Nearly every house has a driveway that will take a twenty yard container with room for the truck to pull straight, and almost nobody needs a street permit.
What we do insist on is boards under the container. The drives here are mostly asphalt of a similar age to the houses, and a loaded roll-off will press marks into warm asphalt in July. It takes two minutes to protect and it is not worth skipping.
Do you need one in Evergreen Park?
On your own driveway or property, no. On the street, in an alley or on the parkway, Evergreen Park requires a permit — normally issued through Public Works, and issued to the property owner or contractor rather than to the hauler. We will tell you which applies before anything is scheduled. More on permits →
